Intralogistics Castor Sizes and Tread Choices
Wheels run from 80mm to 200mm, with dynamic ratings from 70kg to 800kg per castor. Elastic tyre and polyamide are the main treads, with solid rubber, cast polyurethane and vulcanised elastic tyre also listed. Specify elastic tyre for quieter running on sealed floors, and polyamide where rolling resistance matters more than noise.
Plate Fittings and Directional Locks for Intralogistics Castors
Plate fitting covers most of the range, the standard for trolley and cage chassis, with bolt hole and round or square expander versions for tubular frames. A Directional Lock 3471 is available for holding a swivel castor straight on long runs.
